Yay! I'm so excited about my first book review! :) I love many different kinds of books, but my favorite of all time is murder mysteries. I relish in a good whodunit. Which brings me to the first. The Quick and the Thread I stumbled across this series at the Books-a-million where I live. I was captivated by the the cover which prompted me to crack the book open. Now I'm a person if the first page captures my attention I will mostly likely want to read it. And this is what this book did. It's a really cute cozy murder mystery centered around the main character Marcy Singer. I liked the book because the plot is well written, the characters are nicely developed. You really get a since of the people in Tallulah Falls. I like Marcy Singer. She definitely has a sense of humor. A native of San Fransisco she is given the opportunity to open up an embroidery shop in Tallulah Falls, Oregon.
