Black Skateboarders?

Ok, I know this is a totally weird post but I must address this. I must be out of the loop because from looking at this video on Youtube I really did not know that so many black guys were into skateboarding. Now trust me when I say this, I not the kind of person that will put certain races of people into genres, but I just find it quite intriguing to see a black dude skateboarding. Any skateboarders out there hit me up with a comment or something so I can know what's going on your world! :)

Hi there I thought I'd visit your blog since you had it listed on youtube and secondly I am a black mother whose son is very into skate boarding every since he was 7 years old when I bought him one. He doesn't wear nikes he wears zoo newyork vans and these other boarding shoes, he's into snow boarding as well. I think that my son has diverse interests because I exposed him to different sports, people cultures and the world as a whole. I raised him to be a free thinker and to not follow but to lead and because of that he reads alot and inquirers and searches for things that are different. I think that is a good thing.
